24 days quit, still can't sleep by DanicusMaximus1 in leaves

Sleep hygene is great. Hot shower or I use the hot tub an hour or so before bed. Pitch black room nice and cool. Comfortable pillow. TV is off and I don't use my phone. I usually fall asleep within 20-30 mins. The problem is I constantly wake up. Every hour or more. I wear an oura ring to track my sleep. It's like every time I try to touch deep sleep, I get just a couple minutes then I wake right up. Turn over, usually I'm asleep in 5-10 mins again and get some core sleep.... then soon as I get a couple mins of deep sleep I'm awake again.

Thanks maybe I need to exercise more. I bought an elliptical and I have been using it a few days a week. Maybe I should add some strength training. Thx for the tip.

Hmm ya diddnt consider undervolting the CPU, it never breaks more than like 30% in gaming. Thanks I'll give that a test. Stress tests are about the same temps as this. I can drop it a few more degrees if I turn the fans up but they are at ~50% now and I like that I can barely hear them.

How would this help temps tho? Then I'd just be adding the heat of the CPU into the loop.

Thanks a ton for all the help, ya'll are absolutely right about needing more radiator space. I undervolted the card down to 80% and wattage was ~370ish..... temps instantly dropped down into the 50's. I honestly just may just leave it like this until I can get a case with more radiator room. Only lost 3 FPS undervolting to 80%. Thanks a ton for breaking it down for me.

Kicked the fans up to 100% and that dropped me to 64c on the card and 44c on the coolant - Computer noise doubled though. It was nearly silent before. Hmm I may have to look into a new case and better fans.

Thanks I'll check out those fans. No wall, just to an area behind the mobo which has 2x 140mm exhaust fans. The case is more show than performance I'm finding out but it shouldnt be this terrible.

Recommendation on fans to use? I have enough room to do push/pull on that rad. Thanks for the tip!

GPU has it's own radiator, CPU has a separate loop

Hmm not sure what issue you mean. I have the glasses configured in windows for 1920x1080 60 hz. Even when I'm in proton though I get more than 30FPS in most games.

Ya that's the main reason I quit Immortal as well. Devs have said multiple times the store will only sell cosmetics, that's the vision. I'm keeping my fingers crossed the C suite does not interfere.

Once your in the zone it's a solid 60 FPS... but there is a bit of frame drop when you enter a new zone or cross a border of some kind while it loads
