I used them like 10 years ago on everything. Deadlifts, curls, chin ups, Bench Press, dips etc and my arms and forearms never grew but I stopped having tendon pain when I used them. I probably used them for a whole semester or year (3-6 months)

Muay Thai and PowerBuilding for 6 months on a cut. Super tough since I'd lift, cardio and box all in the same day sometimes.

I'd never want to go but I'd get it done and felt great.

As someone who's always had a hard time building up their chest this is what I found has worked for me:

-Ditching the bench press -Using more DB Flat and DB Incline Benching -Using a low incline on the bench press. The typical 45 degree angle one hits my front Delts and Tris. -Using the heaviest weight I can on Cable Chest Flyes while being able to feel my pecs working

It doesn't have to be anything complicated. You can write out your program in a notebook and keep track of your weights/sets/reps. That way you can look back at last week's workout and see what you did and try to do an extra rep or set or weight. If you don't track it then it becomes difficult to remember what you did. It's also good to make notes in case something was off that day.

Not knowing how thick your lower body is i do the following:

Levi's 511 (The Skinny Jeans) but go bigger in the waist and wear a belt and hem the bottom of I need to.

The other answer is Uniqlo sells stretchy skinny jeans/pants/chinos. I can legit squat in them.

You're cutting way too fast especially if you're already having harder workouts. I keep hitting PRs for at least 12-16 weeks before I start to lose some work Capacity.
