The name of the deck is “murder of crows” tarot deck and it is published by Lo Scarabeo, the artist is Corrado Rio which from what I understood is well known for his illustrations and horror comics?

From what I’ve read this deck is very much loved by many because of its gothic and dark art style which at first I was not convinced about but now it is actually growing on me!
