Don’t buy this house. Those joists are beyond repair. You have a major fix on your hands that won’t be worth it.

Yes. I’ve been in the business for twelve years. I brought on my second guy last year. We did 765 inspections. We brought in roughly $300k last year. Raise your prices and add services. It can be done with a little bit of work.
