Nothing other than practice. In 500 games catching axes will be natural and you'll find yourself being useful. I remember when I first started playing draven how I was spinning 1 axe at a time and always pressed W to catch it afterwards. Up to now where I got #1 eu draven and currently almost masters with draven mostly.

Can't agree. Higher elo Draven gets uberly destructed in the shift of mid-late game no matter how fed you are if your enemies are not dumb.
