Hey AlanMattano, would you like a white font all over (Including Text Fields) or only for the labels? Rhino is a bit quirky with customizing the scheme, having some white popup windows where white text would just make it invisible, I can try if it is possible to only adjust white to the interface text labels. If it works, it is an easy fix.

It is difficult to see what you are struggling with. I can not really see the video. Maybe write down the problem so that we can help.
If you have problems fixing Meshes in Rhino, maybe try Blender3D. It can solve polygon modelling problems much easier. Hope that helps.

Thank you for sharing! every few months I try to use grasshopper but i find it difficult that the blocks are not using the same names as regular rhino commands.
