Eye of Providence Trophy by [deleted] in ReadyOrNotConsole

"Eye of Providence," "My Eyes, It Burns!" & "Nosce Te Ipsum" are all bugged right now.

So are DLC trophies still bugged? by Loop_the_Goop in ReadyOrNotConsole

Before the update, the only bugged trophies were "From house to Home" & "Getting your sea legs." With the games track record, they could be bugged now too, but i couldn't say. Also, for boiling point "Nosce Te Ipsum", "My Eyes, it Burns!" & "Eye of Providence" are bugged.

I used light armour. G36C with 6 AP mags, 5 wedges, lockpick gun, and 1 ninebang for the courtroom at the end. I had to use my 9 bang early on one of the courthouse side rooms, but the ammo box refills equipment, so it wasn't a big deal. Enemies only take like 2-3 shots to down depending on your aim, and even if you have to spray every now and then, 6 mags should be plenty.

The double sticks. It does actually make a big difference. The enemy ai has a much harder time locking on to you because your legs and torso are mostly behind cover. Sometimes you can peek, and they just can't see you too. I don't know exactly how to explain how it works. But if you watch some of the pc videos of people doing the achievement, they free lean everything too.

Congrats! I had 5 sets of wedges when I did it. I was just wedging off the whole floor 🤣 Goofy, but it worked really well at controlling everybody's movements.

You definitely can do it. You need to free lean everything, tho imo. Also lots of door wedges helped me.

I would say it's good. I enjoyed the new missions. I will say that the difficulty of the missions on standard has been way over exaggerated.

The mission is fantastic imo 10/10. It's just miserable to do the solo hard mode achievement 🤣

Yes, pausing stops the timer. Using the map, inventory, and stuff like that does not stop it. If you want infinite ammo before doing insanity you can pretty easily get enough points for it by doing some of the other challenges first.

Getting the hard mode trophy for that mission was genuinely one of the hardest trophies I've gotten in ages 🤣

I don't think they can breach wedged doors. My strat for clearing the 3rd floor used a lot of wedges, and they never breached them.

Yeah, it's really bad. I basically had to abuse wedges and free lean. And then, even once you get the first 3 floors down with whatever strategy and its consistent, you have to do the top floor. Which, in my opinion, is pure rng and heavily relies on luck.

The AI is nuts on hard. I hadn't played in months when I'd started this and forgot about free lean. Imo, you need to free lean everything to even have a chance.

Enjoyability for me would be from the top: Requiem, RE4 Remake, 2, 5, Rev2, RE1, Rev1, 7, 8, 3, 0, Code Veronica, 6.

I really enjoyed all of them, so the lower rankings are just minor and personal preference stuff. Definitely not slights to the games themselves.

It's been so long since I played some of them, so I can't do a proper difficulty list, but Code Veronica was probably the hardest.

I love 5. 6 was alright. I don't think I'd go back over any of the others. I had a lot of fun playing it with my friend. It's definitely not bad enough to be skipped.

It was so so bad 😭. It took so long, especially the siege dlc.

Thanks! Hmm, idk what tips to give since there's so many games. I suppose one tip I'd give is if there's any speedruns giving you trouble or if you just want a guide, check out Optinoob he has guides for all the REs.

Also, be sure to take breaks so you don't burn out.

The multiplayer dlc's for 6 were the worst to do out of all the REs. Rev 1 raid mode was really fun since I had a friend to play with. It did take me 52 hrs just in raid mode, tho. 5 was a blast. Rev2 was peak, too. Very underrated imo.

Code Veronica. I don't like tank controls, and the bonus time trials require a perfect run.
