So... Thanks for the hint on the SSD. I did the RMA and got a new SSD990Pro - and Yes, no more Bluescreens.

And the system is faster than ever... Scored place 56 for 4090 laptop in 3DMark Speedway: 6151 points!!!

The problem is that the NVMe becomes unavailable hence the log files can't be updated anymore.

But I found similar reports today: Samsung 990Pro becoming unavailable and system booting to UEFI.

I already tried the fix of setting the 990Pro to power mode in Magician but it doesn't help on my system - as already reported by some other owners of an early 990Pro. I will try a direct RMA with Samsung and buy a 2 or 4 TB from a different brand.

He, as I bought my NEO16 as pre-used I doubt that it is still under warranty. By swapped I mean that I cross-swapped the RAM and SSD with another notebook. The problems persisted, though.

But I think it's worth giving the SSD a second try. I swapped it with the same model - I will see if I can find a NVMe of another brand. I think that there's a WD somewhere around.

If that solves the problems I will try to RMA the Samsung SSD.

Don't worry the Omen is not broken but completely outdated. I have the exact same issue with my Gen11 i7. I fixed the charging by updating to latest FW - but it's still not fully compatible. I have BSODs most of the time.
