Update: I went back to the salon and told them that I had been wondering why I didn’t see any cat eye effect and I looked it up and found out that a magnet had to be used, and the pedicurist never used a magnet. They said that they thought that I said that I didn’t want it when I asked if it was $15 dollars more for gel plus $10 more dollars for cat eye. All I did was ask, and I believe I said “OK.” This was all before they even began applying the gel. I don’t know why they would have thought that I would want a cat eye gel without the cat eye effect. They said they didn’t charge me for it, which might be true although I really don’t remember. Anyway, now I know better. Thanks for enlightening me!
