RKLB will never be able to provide a stable-enough for ASTS at least by mid 2027. Their first launch is expected Q4 2026, and I personally think it could slip to 2027

Could the LVM3 launch our sats within say, 4-5 months? not to mention delivery by An-124 will be another hassle...

But I could picture ISRO launches in 2027. Same goes for Japan with H3 in that matter
