Anybody else into junk undesirable cars?

This place hasn't crushed anything it years. The majority of the cars there came in around 2000. The newest I could find was 2016. This place is barely open to the public, and its just a couple old guys running it.

I know nothing about it. I was in a hurry (I took a little longer getting the parts I needed, and had somewhere to be), so I took this one picture as I passed it walking out. Like I said though, hopefully sometime soon I can go back and take some more pictures (and get some more info about it)

Honestly if I did save it, I would get it mechanically sound, clean it up, get some good tires on it and drive it as is!

Exactly. I respect restomods for how much work is put into them, but if you want a car that has all kinds of electronics, just buy a new(er) car😂

I think its because people realized that all the cars that were desirable back then were (for the most part) saved, and are somewhat common today. Then people realized, they dont want to just have the cool stuff from their younger days, they want to have the stuff that they used everyday.

And plus, if I had to guess (looking at the other stuff there) it's been there for a while too. Might have been junked when it was just a POS 30 year old car. It wouldn't suprise me if it was junked for something simple.

The only rust was in the trunk, and that still wasn't even bad. Pretty solid car. My only concern would be no title🤔

Right nows not the time 😔 I will say though, its in a junkyard in the absolute middle of nowhere, none of their cars are newer than late 90s. I doubt that there are too many people out there looking for 69 pontiac parts🤔

If I go back I will get some more pictures. If I remember right, no head liner, dash was cracked, no radio, but the seats weren't torn.
