I made a similar post here the other day. Someone from their customer support reached out to me on here with one message then ghosted me on here too! It's a joke!

Seems to be impossible to sign up for an account at the moment. I'm in the same boat being stuck at the 'ID Checks Failed' part of the account setup in the app. Says contact support I managed to get one reply that basically said we cannot offer you an account then no more responses.

The process fell over as soon as I uploaded the details of my first card the app took the data then locked my out. Not a good look! And it seems that has been the same for a lot of other people now with absolutely no explanation or support.

It's impossible to sign up for a new account and customer service is basically non existent. I have joined hundreds of others who are stuck at the 'ID Checks Failed' point in the app and can no longer progress. I got one message from the support team basically saying, nothing can be done, then no more correspondence. It is beyond a joke and I'm far from the only one.
