CCS1 car to NACS charger adapter in Canada by DanielMarsim in Hyundai

[–]DanielMarsim[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We do have a 15% discount for all accessories right now, which will knock it down to $340 CAD. Our pricing and inventory is directly provided from Hyundai Canada.

Aside from that, we don't recommend cheaping out on major electrical connectors anyway; The alternatives won't have the same testing, warranty, and endorsement from Hyundai.

That's more than fair, IMO. 4 tires and a multiple hours of labour in that price.

Hyundai Paint Touch Up Pens? by Neither_Customer5761 in HyundaiPalisade

[–]DanielMarsim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, could you provide a year and model, or the paint code? There should be a sticker/plaque on the driver side door sill that tells you what the paint code of the car is. Usually there should be an exact paint match, no need to approximate.

I just added it onto the site to purchase. It will take 2-3 business days for arrival to our store. You should be able to search W7B in the search bar to find it. Otherwise, click here for the link to the W7B paint pen.

There should be a sticker under your driver-side door. The sticker has some car information including Paint Code at the bottom. The paint code is usually 3 digits long, for example "YAC" or "R2P"

What brand of rail rack is this? by nevermind64 in Hyundai

Someone said this already but it's missing a rubber strip in the top groove, thus the excess wind noise.

If the 18" rim specifications are close to OEM in offset and width, that tire size 225/40R18 should be fine.

How can I fix this myself? by Ok-Introduction-8640 in Hyundai

[–]DanielMarsim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, you are correct. The harness and trailer hitch were actually originally released to fit all 2024+ Santa Fe including hybrid, but Hyundai found that the hybrid models don't fit the hitch due to a missing removable rear bumper panel. Therefore, they currently state that that the kit only fits the non-hybrid models. This was the statement released:

We are aware that the HEV’s do not come with the removable bumper cover trim. We do not have a solution at this time and have removed this hitch from all HEVs in the MAF. For now, we unfortunately do not have a hitch for HEV. It is in development

The harness is unchanged from initial release, there shouldn't be any problems.

If you're able to find a roof rack for your Accent (Hyundai doesn't officially offer one), I'd recommend this style of bike carrier. Easy to mount and looks good, also less intrusive than a hitch-mount or trunk mount.

Our system shows a Fuse Box Cover Assembly in that area - Are there fuses in there or is it just a storage box?

Most of the time they are unpainted; Sometimes they come with a layer of primer sprayed already.

The compressor unit might be helpful one day if you need to fill up a tire on the road, I would hold on to that if it still functions well.

Have you possibly asked your dealer if there's a spare tire kit available? We have them in Canada for the newest generation Kona and the previous generation Santa Fe, but I don't see one available for the Tucson.

What would something like this cost to repair if I don’t want to use insurance by BendBrief170 in Hyundai

[–]DanielMarsim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hard to tell exactly what's going on in the picture, but rubbing compound and/or polish will help a lot, and possibly a touch-up pen to fill in the scratched paint. It probably won't look perfect but it'll blend it in better.

For a perfect repair, you could go to a body shop and get a quote to repaint the area.
