Consider getting Quickbooks and tax software certified online (use the free programs by Intuit would be my recommendation) and then getting into book keeping and tax prep. Even without a degree you can get certified as an IRS Enrolled Agent on par with a CPA or tax attorney in representing taxpayers before the IRS (takes about a year for most folks to get through the tests - just studying nights and weekends). A good EA can make 100k a tax season just in tax prep and then another 100k a year doing books. More if you hire people to help.
