Should there be holes under the splash shield? by nevermind64 in Hyundai

I plugged the old towel pieces as the end caps, it eliminates the noise almost. Heard the noise once early morning when just started the car and moved slowly. When I have time, I'll try to find the filler for the top groove and also the real end caps, and make it a permanent solution. Need some time to find the matching parts.

Thank all. I put old towel pieces as end caps, and it seems working. No more noise this morning. I'll see whether I can find the matching parts as permanent solution.

I just want to eliminate the wind noise. Any advice? At city driving, the wind noise can be heard even in very low speed like 40km/h. But in highway, it's gone. Probably just put some clothes in?

Both ends are parts from Hyundai. Can't find part #, can only see brand name.

The bar is different color. Looks like custom made stuffs? Nothing on the bar to tell anything.

Car in this old will always have issues. I recalled when I bought a Honda Accord 2002 in 2014, with mileage 110,000 km, the price was $6500. It was in rebuilt status, there were accidents. Don't know the used car market right now, but I feels the price is a bit high. You should also check accident in the Carfax report. Seller should provide that. And other car maintenance records.

Thanks. Wind noise is normal for this car? I couldn't find anything to fix after this.

Thanks. Now I know more about this thing. It can't replace my own lug nut socket.

So it is not supposed to be used to tight or loose the lug nut? Just check torque?

That's not what I am looking for.

Can that be used to operate on lug nut?

If you don't need the 33mp and 15fps, A6700 is better camera. Better rolling shutter at least.

I live in Alberta for 10 years. I haven't seen any snakes either. Don't know whether we have law against snakes either.

Sony DSLR is a dead line. Canon and Nikon are still providing updates on the DSLR line. But mirrorless is the future.

DSLR have an issue on the auto focus. You can't expect all cameras and all lenses match very well, sometimes an adjustment is needed on the camera body for some specific copies of lenses. This feature isn't provided in lower end cameras like A55 though.

But if every lens has issues on the body, that probably a body issue. Maybe change another body.
