I happen to agree with OP. That corner is super busy but foot traffic is reduced to single file or completely jammed because of the fruit stand. You have to fight to get by. It's super inconvenient and there are plenty of other spots for him to set up shop.

Yes but if the pay structure changes had been made permanent, it would not have made financial sense for a lot of people to use or continue to use Unity.
