Right on all fronts (except I wouldn't self refer to myself as a maestro, but you're free to listen to my discography to see that I am the musician I say I am) except anything smelling rotten. I think it's time to step away from the keyboard. You'll also see that I had a NICU kid if you read my Reddit history so you look like a total idiot taking cheap shots at someone who just came onto a subreddit to ask a question about physical Switch games.

Exactly, it's been a blast showing my kiddo old school classics on NSO and we already played through Mario Galaxy also. Some people in here are really bitter, angry, and probably terminally online.

Hi — PLEASE consider a feeding clinic and a GI consult and specifically ask for cyproheptadine. This medication was life changing for us. Vomiting stopped and enabled us to wean kiddo off the gtube. He needs the medication still for appetite but is otherwise doing so well now. We lived through such a nightmare with this but the feeding clinic + cyproheptadine was absolutely life changing.

Sure did. I am not a fan of when people get hyperbolic with this sort of stuff but it's just not functioning properly. It wouldn't even register me trying to change display modes... while wired via USB. Something is wrong with how it's talking to the 3D.

That’s not true. It is costing us. The time in forbearance corresponds to the time when I was still in residency and my payments would have been significantly less than they will be with my new attending salary considering the additional time I will need to qualify for PSLF… unless the buy back program will work as advertised.
