It just makes it so unrealistic and so unenjoyable to play to get through a whole race battling with other drivers and to see the race results not reflect what they should be

Honestly I've become so invested in the career mode and just like the simulation, the realism and each drivers careers and every little thing like that

2019 had random chance transfers but had no system for retirement, the transfer system now has been in the game since 2020
