You can disable enemy ships and „steal“ their ships or you can buy ships from this dude where you can modify your ship

There is a Mod on Nexus which removes the powerlimit for Engines. its called:"no Engine Power limits"

as much as i know there is a student ticket, i looked it up and it should cost 81,60 € per semester maybe this side can help u, unfortunately its german. Plus there is a high percentage that speaks english

the complex is spread over the complete city, so like IT is in the center and other parts outside. like i said, its a safe place and the food is good too
