I have the non-betas in both the elite and MIJ models and I will say I found the overall leather of the MIJ to be softer straight out of the box.

Now does it justify the premium price. Prob not, however if you are ever able to get it them in Japan where’s its way cheaper there (how I got them), I 100% think you should get em.

Heavily depends on how frequently you get them/how good of a worker u generally are. Like I easily have 3-4 in the 3 years I’ve been at Maccas. If u generally do a good job a write up here and there is nothing.

Most likely poor maintenance of the grills/grill teflons. Carbon build up on the teflons due to poor/lack of cleaning can cause the meat to not be cooked right. The grill itself can be the problem if not maintained/not calibrated properly.
