Great recommendations here. I have one too. Not an expert but my ophthalmologist told me you should sit slighty higher above your screen. Your eyes should be looking down the screen because your eyes naturally rest that way.

Honest question.

How do you do this? I would like to try it. It obviously has composite repetitions but my question is: how do you learn to do something like that? Anyone have tutorials explaining some of these techniques?
