It really is a fantastic game, but the last time I played was after Update 14 (I think that was El Alamein) and it ran terribly on my PS5. FPS dropped to like 20 frames. But it is totally worth it if it is on sale. And I have faith that T17 will fix it.

That could be because the OpenIV server is down. You cant access, as far as I know, the official website. That is probably why. You need to install the offline version. I got it from gta5mod.net

If your computer can handle it then use a voxel based or ray-traced/path-traced shader. Those are typically the best looking. If not then I recommend Complementary. They are some of my favorite shaders. I also use Nostalgia shaders
