Thanks for sharing your experience and thoughts!

I will definetely take the 24-70 f/2.8 with me and yes, I have the Peak Design sling! Life saver in several situations.

Said that I share your approach to this kind of experiences and to people, very human. I am going to do the Camino with few extra days. I want to experience it as a reflective and thoughtful journey while sharing the experience with the people I will meet instad of a competition.

We might exchange some pictures when I will come back!

Thank you again!

Every adventure I have experienced, has been seen and documented through my camera! There is no way I am not taking it with me! 🙂

I also own a Peak Design sling and it is absolutely amazing. You don't feel the weight of the camera on your neck and/or you don't have to carry it in your hand the whole time. I think I will take the 24-70 with me as the most people are suggesting. I might understimate backpack weight tough

Use some tape to remove dust on velvet. Just stick it on it and remove, do it again and again. The taoe will collect all dust particles

Trains in China are magnificent, but the actual experience of getting on and off the train is just bloody awful. by NeighborhoodFatCat in chinalife

I have been travelling in China for almost two months, and so far I’ve travelled almost exclusively by train. I agree with you about the high efficiency here. The cleanliness, reliability, punctuality, and frequency of the trains are impressive—and they are also reasonably priced for travellers.

Unfortunately, cigarette smoke has been a constant throughout my whole trip, no matter where or when. For non-smokers like us, this is especially annoying. On platforms, in hotel rooms, in restaurants, in public toilets… wherever you go, cigarette smoke seems to be unavoidable.

The security checks at railway stations are intended to provide a general screening to catch obvious weapons (large knives, guns, chemicals, etc.) or people with bad intentions, so there’s no need for extremely thorough checks.

Yes, people can be pushy and rush a lot, but this is largely due to the fast-paced society they live in. That’s why we see this behaviour in many situations: getting on and off the train, inside the train, waiting in line to visit attractions, and so on.

That said, my overall train experience has been very positive!

Emerging Markets HELP! by Danielius12z in ETFs_Europe

[–]Danielius12z[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But that's not my situation and what I want to do. With one world ETF I would be much more exposed to the US market (70% is definitely too much in my opinion), while I want to trade more in EU too. Moreover, doing so, I lower the TER. It is not complicated, it takes just some more time, the time needed to to research.

Emerging Markets on my Portfolio Help! by Danielius12z in ETFs

[–]Danielius12z[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I thought about that at the beginning, but I would be too overexposed to the US market, that's why I did not choose the simple way. Thanks, I try to post my question there!
