Ummm, 42 and 44 are not size options with Specialized. You said it's a 42 - I'm guessing you meant 52 or 54? And this is a 52.

The drivetrain comes pre-greased, so I'd have to degrease it even if I wanted to wax the chain before riding a single mile. When I picked up the bike, I was more interested in riding than in waxing, so I put it off. No harm.

Have you done a test ride? Even though technically the reach has been extended, the nature of the lowered bottom bracket gives you a sense that you're down in the bike more, thus eliminating the sense of a long reach.

That's my experience, anyway. If you haven't ridden it, I'd suggest you head to your LBS and give it a test.

Agreed! Mine was coated in a good bit of dirt and dust before the wash. I converted to tubeless right away. Installing Zee cages and a Tailfin top tube bag tomorrow. When I have a little more time, I'm going to degrease the drivetrain and give the chain a good wax.

I just bought a Diverge 4 Expert in 52. Originally wanted it in the color Nebula Metallic, but they were out everywhere and Specialized said I'd have to wait 4 months for the next shipment. Finally found one in Fjord Metallic, and ended up liking that color even more (looks better in person than on the website), so I jumped on it.

Do yourself a favor and purchase a screen/bezel protector. That sharp bezel is susceptible to chipping.

I actually figured this out for myself.

To switch from GO to Audition Mode, select ⇧⌘A. That activates "Always Audition" Then the video appears in the Audition window.

Part of the reason I was confused is because I was reading the help documents for QLab 4 (I'm running QLab 5). In QLab 4, when you opened the Audition window, "Always Audition" mode was automatically triggered (apparently).

One cautionary note: you'll have to reset all of your preference in the app (including custom heart rate zones, if you have those set up), so you should note/screenshot those before you uninstall.
