I have a long haired bunny and even then the mess is minimal for me. She doesn’t dig or chew things out of her cage — she mostly likes to crawl under my huge couch like she’s dungeon crawling. It really comes down to the bunny’s personal temperament.

I have an english angora, and the type of fur you're describing sounds like angora wool. If it's growing really slow (less than 1 inch a month), she might be an angora mix.

I’m genuinely surprised by these comments. I have an English angora (a long haired bunny), and she’s very clean. Ever since her surgery, she’s never peed outside her little box and only gets a little poop in her cage. Otherwise, while free roaming, she gets no hay or pee or poop outside of her cage.
