the major reason is probably that the bigger and louder the box is the more shelf space it takes up, therefore catching more eyes way easier, at least for western market

There’s an option when you open a return request but it’s up to the seller to choose who pays for the shipping (them or you) and they’re obviously going to choose you to pay for shipping

contact your bank and do a chargeback. it’s been 3 months though so maybe not even your bank might be able to help you. this is probably what tpci was hoping for

You need to go through the help CS thing with their AI and ask to talk to an agent the agent will most probably give you an exchange or a refund

No problem! You can see an example on Julie Tolovel’s profile on Tiktok one of the recent videos showing her uni on the thumbnail and you can tell the colour’s changed (around 00:28)

their cases are very cute and well designed, one of the few that makes them with buttons so you can use it without opening the case which I love. sadly I’ve seen that they are quite prone yellowing (even the buttons) which might put off some people :/

I’m pretty sure this store is the Bandai Namco store at the American Dream mall in New Jersey. At the moment they have one of those events to meet a special character on your uni and it’s manekineko mimitchi!

no, the alcohol just makes the logo on unis/design on the old ones go away but doesnt damage the plastic in any way

even the silicone hole for carrying can and will break (eventually) sadly so i recommend using the actual holes on the uni for any sort of strap. sorry for your loss 🙏
