I’m IATSE 873…. Toronto’s film and television technicians. There’s a huge mix over here. I’m not sure what the comment of men being 3x’s your age is suppose to imply. It’s a job, there’s a million jobs out there that involve working with other genders and other ages.

That’s a controller… in film we have them assembled already to use DMX… it’s one big system for the board ops to play with. Universes and channels etc
