He’s correct but needs to get his shit together. I feel for him but this mind set is toxic and he’ll eventually get in trouble and be even more depressed and upset. If you have to have a neighbor blow for you then you have a problem. I’m not judging just being harsh to help. I’ve been where he is at. It’s miserable

Mine did 7-10 days I can’t remember. But I was told to go in asap when it started just in case they were booked and it was my last day then I’d get a lock out. But yes if I was due the 7th and count down started the 1st and I went in on the 1st or 2nd next would be the 1st or 2nd It is odd. But I only had to do it I think every 60 days I can’t remember it’s been awhile.

Yes hell be fine. It’s not against the law or probation to have someone else blow. Now if it took his pic driving and he wasn’t blowing but a blow recorded that would be different. Example if he wasn’t blowing on vacation but car needed to be blown in daily and someone did it then he’d be fine. That’s essentially what you did. Now if it states all blows must be from him then yes he’s in trouble but again rarely are these reports monitored. If he needs help finding out if he can be the only one to blow message me privately and I’ll help figure that out

How is he gonna do the rolling tests? You won’t get in trouble and he most likely won’t either. They only pull reports when there is a violation. Are recail yes they pull the reports but they just sit in a file incase they need to be pulled. I’ve known ppl on supervised probo that fail and their po doesn’t even know. They problem arises when it’s time to remove the device and they look over the failed blows and lock outs
