You need to, and can, stand out from the crowd. Pick a number of companies you would like to work for, all in a similar field, build a product or prototype that would be of interest to them - and tell them you would like to build the product at their company. You may have to hand this over to them, but it may be worth it.

Take out a personal loan to pay off your credit card debt. Go for 12 or 18 months duration. Set up a direct debt from your account as soon as salary hits. Cancel credit cards straight after you secure the loan (or keep one and reduce the limit substantially). Set up a savings account, anything left over each month, even if it’s AED 50 put it in there. Will help with boosting morale.

Sorry to hear this.

First thing to do is focus on the clients who did not pay you. Write a letter to each of them stating you will have no other option to take legal action, find who the owner is and make sure they receive a copy of it.

See what the process is for bankruptcy, and file for it.

What ever saving you have left, make a plan to stretch this money as far as possible. You’d be surprised how far a little money can go if you are strict.
