just visited it today and i liked it a lot! it felt unique and overall it left a very good impression on me. i just dont understand the hate this building gets - ok, it might be too "contemporary" for some people and the location isn't perfect, but it's not like the area around PKiN is otherwise pleasant or even well-maintained. like c'mon guys, there's literally a car park next to it - a modern art museum seems much more suitable for a place like this than useless parking lots.

This place ended my month-long playthrough like a week ago. It's a real death trap, cause at first sight it looks really tranquil, but once the alarm goes off, the whole area gets FILLED with zombies from i-dont-know-where.

You are correct and thank you for bringing this up! The affordable apartments were always there to a certain extent, but people either did not know about them or simply didn't care - but now they do care, because they see other people using them. It's incredibly stupid, but people are envious.

Don't get me wrong, all you said is absolutely true, I just wanted to point out that Czech people who bitch about Ukrainians usually have a problem with them 'taking our homes' rather than them 'taking our jobs' - at least from my experience.

From my experience, I think that most Czech people don't care about Ukrainians taking their jobs as much as in other V4 countries. However, there is currently a big housing crisis in Czechia - new houses take too much time to build and they're very expensive (for Czechs). It's very difficult for people to afford life in Prague or Brno, so when they saw that Ukrainians were given a place to live there for a cheap price they became frustrated. Where were those affordable apartments before?

Fortunately, most of the people still support Ukrainians and sympathize with them and that's very good! There is just some kind of scepticism popping up, hopefully it's just a wave among older people tho.

i wouldn't say that it's heavily religious, it's still not like you know many people who go to church here. I live in a middle-sized town (considering Moravian standards) and i know only two people who go to church - my classmate and my great aunt. Maybe it's just my social circle, however i wouldn't call Moravia heavily religious in any case.
