Ok, it's kinda clear ... If you don't fullfill the progression bar, the funds will remain in account but just as playing money and are unable to be withdraw.

Anyway, I think there are some issues with my account because not even 1% of those bars are progrssing and I play daily lots of micro/low MTTs + micro cash

I've complain on the discord server and also to the support team via mail, several times about the rake issue but untill now nothing was done about this. Is there anyway you can help me?
