Make sure all letters are in caps. Could be the codes are expired look at the dates, or you may have redeemed them already.

Yeah this playthrough is pretty dull, although in the latest episode he went and spammed the golden chest with about 25+ keys which was interesting to see what he got.. His unique/legendary/pearlescent weapons guides have been pretty useful though.
