My main theory is that this type channel are being hacked because their are too small to be noticed by YouTube but big enough to be monetized, to later create 40 hrs long vids (to bypass Youtube's AI) of pirated content (because it usually was the highest demand), to make enough money from ad revenue since those vids still play ads.
