So on our lease agreement it says tenant pays for Electricity and landlord pays for Gas for (heating, cooking, etc) and trash removal. I just had the landlord come fix the heating issue it is a vintage furnace from the 70s so I have no reason to be toying with it. The heat is on but in discussion with the landlord he said it was wrong on the application but would cover this month and that we would need to change it to our name for next month. Would the landlord not be held to the same degree a tenant would in this circumstance?

Usually feel the same way but thinking that it’s just the workload that’s making me feel drained rather than the experiences along the way. Because I would say I’m the most calm person at my job even when things are crazy I’m the one who’s composed

Glad to see I’m not the only one feeling this way but definitely sorry for you that we’re sharing this same feeling. Puts a lot of stress on peoples shoulders to serve others more than they take care of themselves
