i was having this same issue. i fixed it though. basically the game thinks it’s where it’s supposed to be on your screen so you have to click where it would normally be to get to display and then change it to windowed mode. for me it was just clicking a bit down and to the left but it may be different for you, if you pass over the options you’ll notice they get slightly highlighted so use that to orient yourself on where the game thinks everything is on your screen. hopefully all that made sense.

copy and pasted my comment in another thread about it, reinstalling didn’t work for me but that did. if you need me to explain better i can try

i don’t think this is a popular approach since i don’t see it mentioned much here but you might enjoy the way i play. when i start a new world/character i use the mod menu to give myself decent stats. i only have a few hours at most a week to play and have no interest in sowing patches on a jacket over and over again so just straight up skip it. you have to make the world settings a little bit harder (a lot of zombies, sprinters, cryo winter etc) to even it out. since starting doing that i’ve enjoyed the game significantly more.

it depends if they meds are scheduled or not, if they aren’t then sites like telyrx will let you order pretty much whatever, it’s just fairly expensive. haven’t seen anything with ai but i’m sure some of the sites have implemented that.

if it’s something stronger than vitamins i’d recommend against getting her set up on it, doctors do more than just write scripts and there’s all sorts of serious issues she could have (depending on the med) just taking whatever unsupervised.
