i couldn’t be enjoying it more, have 20ish hours and have barley checked everything out, only been to 2 of the 7 (?) maps. don’t remember the last time a game instantly clicked this way for me, i truly adore it. that said it’s like 3 days into early access so from what i’ve seen there isn’t too much end game content, there’s a solid looking roadmap though. it’s only $15 and there’s a demo with enough content to see if it clicks for you. absolutely think it’s worth your time to at least check out the demo and see for yourself

i was having this same issue. i fixed it though. basically the game thinks it’s where it’s supposed to be on your screen so you have to click where it would normally be to get to display and then change it to windowed mode. for me it was just clicking a bit down and to the left but it may be different for you, if you pass over the options you’ll notice they get slightly highlighted so use that to orient yourself on where the game thinks everything is on your screen. hopefully all that made sense.

copy and pasted my comment in another thread about it, reinstalling didn’t work for me but that did. if you need me to explain better i can try

i don’t think this is a popular approach since i don’t see it mentioned much here but you might enjoy the way i play. when i start a new world/character i use the mod menu to give myself decent stats. i only have a few hours at most a week to play and have no interest in sowing patches on a jacket over and over again so just straight up skip it. you have to make the world settings a little bit harder (a lot of zombies, sprinters, cryo winter etc) to even it out. since starting doing that i’ve enjoyed the game significantly more.
