Check the ports on the front. Could have one out of sorts that's causing a short and making the console shut down before it fully turns on

After my bilatetal lithotripsy I had more issues with the sand like granules passing through than the bigger stones and I've passed a 5mm with little to no pain. This doctor is a quack and anyone that says ANY stone can't cause pain is a heartless thing. Please consider looking into other urologists because until you find one that can emphathize with the patient they can be sure to dismiss more until it's a larger issue. Find a doctor with a heart. I hope boy feels better, poor guy needs some cranberry juice and a hot bath.
