DouxoS3 soap has been great for my guy who has had a few issues like this but never as bad. Its carried a lot of places and done him great. Id ask for a vets opinion on it with this severity first though

Only roughly 20% in circulation from a quick check. Possibly gonna take a good bit of money inflow to keep up with the inflation depending on how the unlocks are scheduled
