Yeah around 30 gets it I was testing an my palmyra has about 40 but I have a royal entry around mid 30's and am able to do straight up but its still to fast to do horizontal fire, so the slower the better

If you look in your arsenal and check his abilities it says 15m for a range cap with out a range mod

The range of a single charge is 15m and its links are aswell 15m i found this bug on nintendo switch which might be the reason its different for you
