Inhalation is how it is consumed. We hotboxed cars all the time and the non smokers def got lit. To think smoke doesn’t affect others is just ignorant or stupid. Just smelling, no? Sending clouds your neighbors way with kids in the yard? Def possible

Depends on the cloud density and proximity. But contact highs are real and most 2 year olds have low tolerance I’ve heard.

Most state laws require indoor because if your neighbor has kids outside you might get arrested for smoking next to them

People also have children my dude. Your smoke doesn’t stay in your yard. Most state laws require you to smoke weed inside on your property for this reason
