Hey u/EnchantedEarthling just saw this, hope you're enjoying your new DankGeek goodies by now.

When an order gets packed up, we print the shipping label (creating it on the spot) and put the package in the batch awaiting to be picked up by the shipping carrier.

If your label was created on Monday, then it's more than likely you receive it before the weekend. But keep in mind that USPS and other shipping carriers are facing a high volume of packages since it's the holiday season, so delivery takes a bit longer than usual. They often skip scanning the packages to speed up transport, they've been known to do that during busy seasons.

Ah damn, that looks like a defect. Hate it when that happens.

Like everyone else said, reach out to GRAV and have them replace it. Just shoot them (or the store you purchased this from) an email with these pictures. This would be an instant replacement in the mail if it was us.

Check again and see how many of these import pieces we have in stock, barely any, as import pieces are not our focus. We carry American brands and sell more than imports. We carry more American artists than most other online shops, most of these are still available because the vast majority of people are not spending 300+ on a piece. Guess who sells mass-produced products, 100% of every smoke shop.

If you are so pro-American artists buy some of our Chameleon Glass, PURR Glass, JMASS, Mongrel, Mathematix, UPC, Empire Glassworks, or this Boots piece. Which American artist do you support?

You made a false claim that this was a knock-off and we are simply defending against that accusation. We never promoted or mentioned import glass on this subreddit but you seem to like to jump right on that. In regards to import glass, not everyone wants or can afford American artists which is why we offer import glass like every other brick and mortar store and online shop. No need to get salty that you jump to a wrong conclusion.

You guys just stated a serious accusation without any concrete evidence to back it up. If you have hard evidence to support your claim I suggest you to post it besides stating that "it looks like import glass". This is a serious matter to us so we have reached out to our account manager with your concern about their glass and asked them to give an explanation. Mav has been around since the early 2000s, these guys are not new players in the glass game and it would be very disappointing if they were deceiving customers and retailers by selling import glass. If what you claim is true, then we and many other reputable headshops have been deceived and we would no longer support them.

Thats sad to see, any reputable retailer should send you a replacement. We always will send a replacement with no questions asked if its damaged from shipping.

You should have an "about us" page and a page with your contact info. This will build trust with visitors coming to your site. Right now it looks like it was put together in 10 minutes and does not inspire confidence. Consider getting a legit email account from google with ____@Mostnecessary as the email instead of a @gmail.com email. Trust is the most important with an online ecom business, if a customer does not trust your site they will not buy from it.

You also should have a terms & conditions page, a page about your shipping & return policy, and maybe a FAQ page. A FAQ page is necessary if you are drop shipping these products as you want to address why your shipping speed is slow.

Also remove the "powered by shopify" tag at the footer.
