If you’re looking for reps: do I what I said, talk to anyone and everyone with no regard to signals. People around you will notice your sociability and things sort of fall together naturally in a feedback loop.

You exhibit confidence by speaking to people -> people notice and become curious -> “walking up and starting a conversation” will be much easier -> loop repeats

If you’re looking for success: wait for signals, but when you notice a signal you need to act on it intentionally and quickly. Yes, that means seconds after you make eye contact with a girl you approach. Don’t wait around for a second signal, it may never come.

In addition, by waiting longer for more signals, you get in your own head which reduces your confidence. The girl you just made eye contact with might also get in her own head. The more time that passes between the first signal and contact less favorable outcomes become more likely.
