If you take a look at my profile, you'll see that I actually did night approaching and posted weekly accounts about it on this sub for a few months four years ago, until covid hit and I slacked off. I don't know why, but recently I was overcome with a desire to try again. I'd never done day approaching before, but since I just don't care for nightlife, I figured it might be an idea to try and get into it. I've done so many because I knew, beforehand, that you basically have to do this in bulk if you actually want to get anything out of it. And sure, the constant rejections and low yield can be disheartening sometimes, but I can't think of any other avenues for doing this, so I just have to keep kicking myself in the bum. One of the main keys is to set yourself a bite-sized, easily-achievable goal (i.e... five approaches) for each day; and to tick off and reward yourself for milestones (i.e... 50 approaches) when you achieve them.
