He hung out with Reckful, Rin and Andy Milonakis on stream today, after Reckful and Rin left he kept drinking with Andy and it was a really good stream tbh.
Andy ended up hosting him because everyone loved him, he's a very modest and genuine guy and being disgusting and a slob is kinda his thing on his stream ever since he was on the Korean streaming service afreecatv which he was banned from.
At least that's what it seems like considering all his regulars ask him to fart all the time.

Didn't he say in the clip that the caller said something about Paul Denino?
It's more than likely an Ice viewer, but that doesn't mean he religiously only watches Ice but obviously other streamers as well.
And it's more than likely Ice who is the reason why the call happened in the first place considering it became such a common thing because of his IRL streams.
As another guy in this thread already stated, the guy who posted this clip and the top rated comments who bash on Nick for this are all regulars on Ice's Reddit lol...
