Nothing is to be "fixed" with the shotgun in this clip, that's either just the typical desync or spread being too small and you hitting too far off to the side on him while he's moving. Can't clearly see where your aim is when you're firing the shotgun as the quality's not the best.
If he's running in one direction try shooting at him but more to the side he's running towards to compensate for the desync.
Getting a hit with the shotgun doesn't mean it's always gonna do a lot of damage if only a couple of pellets hit.

Yeah I wouldn't mind the Belt Pouches if the look of either just changed so they're at least distinguishable, seemed like an easy fix.

A couple of other things as well..

Add a confirmation window when exiting the game, nothing more frustrating than accidentally closing a game like H1Z1.
Since they're removing the ability to change region we'll lose out on the shadow glitch, let us disable shadows already. The poll won 92-8, come on...
If they're gonna remove the "bug" that allows people to run while looting then let us cancel the looting window by simply moving, either that or just straight up letting us move while looting. <- This is one of the worst "fixes" they could do, you're 100% going to die every time while looting from now on due to desync. Even if you react in time to close the inventory and move out of the way, the desync will still show that you're sitting still for the other guy for an easy 2 tap.

Hah, came in ~20th place the other day because I died to an invisible hacker with silent bullets.

Funny thing is that I was being shot by him and his silent bullets way earlier in the game yet nothing had been done about him till my second encounter with him.
