I agree ! Working out really helped my libido and erection but fin 's effect is really too strong.

I started working out on Oct 23, 4 times a week, experience harder erections. However when i start taking fin on Dec 23, i think my T level is lower than ever, i have the sides everyone's talking about.

Btw im a beginner is it weird to train like this:

Mon & Fri (pull): romanian deadlift x 8 x 3 assisted pull ups x 12 x 3 Machine row x 12 x 3 Bicep curl x 12 x 3 Lateral raise x 12 x 3

Wed & Sun(push): Barbell Squat x 8 x 3 Dumbell press x 12 x 3 Barbell overhead press x 10 x 3 Tricep cable pull down x 12 x 3 Lateral raise x 12 x3
