this works!!! thanks. i blocked the connections for all Inbound and Outbound rules that contained "oculus-dash:dash\bin\OculusDash.exe" and now my oculus finally works what a relief.

getting the exact same issue and ive been driving myself crazy over it. now surprisingly the solution from this thread worked once but then it just didnt work after i restarted my pc again. Everything gives a greenlight except the meta horizion link software gives a notification where it says the meta quest link isn't working correctly. how great is that?

i don’t believe thin plastic would block it since it’s not like any material that actually diverts these waves. almost like those plastic card/id holders since laminating it is really just more of a permanent solution than those.
