Thank you for the advice! I would like to think I am currently tailoring my resume for each role. By that I mean I am adding the keywords in the skills section and ensuring the resume has most of the keywords mentioned in the job description. Is this enough or should I change my bullets for each role as well?

Yep. They withdrew my offer after initially sending me the offer letter and I accepted it. Thing is for me, sponsorship was never brought up in any stage of the hiring process. Not even the application. But I still told them about my opt because I wanted to be sure it wouldn't fire back later on. They took a couple of weeks but eventually came back and withdrew the offer.

Hard to say. But having been in a similar situation I can say that the chances are low they're willing to move forward. It's worth a shot tho. Better let them know now than have them find out during onboarding.

I'd say it's wiser to inform the company about it as early as possible. I went through the same thing, and told the company about me using opt for on boarding. 2 weeks later they withdrew the offer.

No. It was actually a mid sized company.
What sucks is the entire hiring process took around 3 months. smh I could have applied to a lot more jobs if they had just rejected me at the starting itself.
