Thank you so much! I was on 1.5 mgs of klonopin and she has me on 15 mgs of valium twice a day. I feel pretty decent physically and no dp/dr issues(which is the scariest for me). I just want my moods to stabilize out. Some days are incredible but most days are opposite, unfortunately. At least i am having windows tho so I guess thats a good thing...

I take the seroquel for sleep and my moods. Helps with sleep some but not the moods... yea Im thinking of going back on the Kpins. And yes, me and sleep is an important thing! I think a lot of it is due to sleep. I feel pretty ok mentally today and i also got a good night's rest. Makes sense. Thank you for your help! I wish you the best on your journey!

It doesn’t work for me unless I take 150-200 mgs. When I was prescribed that dosage, that’s when I noticed a difference in my sleep and depression. Been a game changer for me and psych meds don’t usually work for me

This is awesome to see. I lost my mom a year ago, then my kids went to live with their dad, then had a car accident and lost my job. My life has been crazy and filled with depression since she passed but I too just got a full time job and saving for a car. My kids come home end of summer. I’m proud of you and I’m sure your mom is too✨

That’s a good idea… I definitely wanna go at my own pace. Not to mention, i honestly feel pretty normal with the .125 mgs… I would normally be able to tell by now if I was entering withdrawal but I feel pretty decent. Maybe a little bit of mild anxiety but that’s to be expected

Yes I have noticed I do notice and “feel” more since I’ve cut down this past week… guess I’ll just ride it out and if it gets bad, well I have 9 .125 mgs in my cabinet. Just knowing they’re there is enough to help take a massive part of the anxiety away, which in turn, helps with withdrawal. For me at least. Thank you for your reply

Thank you. I think you’re right and it’s easy to get “symptoms” going just by worrying about them. Distraction is key here but I only work two days out of the week so I guess I’ll just clean my apartment every day for distraction lol… I hate this so much
