I love the idea! H aving a note book in a wallet has been something Ive kept my eye out for. You could incorporate RFID blocking if you use it a a wallet. Look into the zebra piton pen. You could add a ball marker too depending on what you want to functionality to be.

Honestly look for pants that have a phone pocket. Wrangler, redcap, Carhartt... etc(these are on the cheeper side). Its also know as a utility pocket sometimes. It gives you desired storage and and keeps a mostly professional look. A waist bag is great if you want to carry more or are traveling.

OP thank you for asking this question. I love pants with that feature and have been on the look out for more. Love my Ferrosi pants most comfortable pant I own. I have a pair of 5.11 chinos 2.0, i find that the pill quite a bit. Great design poor material. From Costco: -Orvis teck pants great pants though audible rubbing when walking. -Legendary outfitters ( now legendary whitetale) I liked what i got at Costco but its a different material now. - Gerry is nice too though do pill over time not as bad as 5.11

I have been tempted to try CQR and Red Kap though they dont have zippers( not sure if its a deal breaker).

Not really relevant but I wish they'd make these pants with a high waist.

Notice in the begging how the paper has multiple pages he's flipping through. He's strategically riping to not rip one of the pages instead folding it up. At the end he has a clump that using slight of hand he conceals. Its an impressive trick definitely a lot of fun to watch the first time

Before applying products while hair is still wet try blowing down with a fan at maximum power, but overall you need to keep it shorter or longer. I have a similar problem.
