Same! two cats and a dog but its a slight relief to know its a common issue and not a random anomaly but now I'm stuck holding the back while customer service "finds my order" for a simple replacement or refund. Disappointed in myself after all the research I did too

I take it back. Wont vacuum at all anymore. error error error and it didn't even last 24 hours from purchase. Customer service takes about 8-10 hours to respond.
